I have spent my entire life in the Seattle area. I was born and raised in Greenlake- before Ballard and Greenlake were "cool" areas- back when they were still small, sleepy Seattle neighborhoods. I went to Roosevelt HS, then off to CWU for undergrad where I majored in Psychology (like every other young adult who didn't know what they wanted to do.) Afterwards, I finished my MBA and began working in operations/human resources.
It was my husband who first introduced me to real estate. His father had made a living purchasing homes, rehabbing them and turning them into long term rental properties. At his encouragement, we purchased our first home- a run down shack literally encroaching on an off ramp of I5. I couldn't see the vision, but blindly followed. Fast forward 7+ years and we own a handful of rental properties throughout Seattle, Shoreline and Lake Forest Park that we've rehabbed and manage ourselves.
It was my desire to find a responsive and knowledgeable agent that eventually led me to obtain my real estate license. I've spent the better part of 5 years working with buyers and sellers in the Seattle area. I understand how overwhelming the process can feel, so my goal is to be a single-source of reliable information and a resource that you feel comfortable turning to- day or night- with questions, concerns or for guidance. As you read through client reviews, you'll notice a similar theme: responsiveness. In a market where time is of the absolute essence, I want my clients to feel that they can access me anytime, anywhere. I want them to know that if they call, text or email, they will receive an almost instantaneous response.
I love the people I work with, the neighborhoods I work in, and the process itself. I would be honored to walk through the process of buying or selling with you.
